Just an update on my latest project which is proceeding on schedule… this car is a departure from the last as this car will be more race oriented. The weight and balance of the car as well as the specific horsepower are paramount in this effort. We are moving towards a much more balanced car, from a stock over all weight of 3035, with the weight bias 520 lbs nose heavy to a far more trackable 2975lb overall with only 75lb bias towards the nose… much closer to the ideal 50/50 front to rear. Combine this with our target of 700 hp and you can start to see the stellar performance potential. We are utilizing an aluminum nose with the addition of carbon fiber tubs, header panel, cowl panel, chin spoiler, rear deck spoiler and hood vents. I am very excited about moving through this project and thrilled with the anticipation of this being a truly amazing car… stay tuned for more updates as they develop!
